Randy D. Williams

Randy Delane Williams of Eureka, died on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Eureka Nursing Center, in Eureka, at the age of 62.

He was born on March 29, 1963, in Eureka, the son of Robert Rex and Grace Elizabeth Adella (George) Williams. He was raised on the family farm in Spring Creek township, graduating from West Elk High School with the Class of 1984. Randy was very active with the Harmony Sunflowers 4-H, showing horses, pigs, a steer, and dogs, and participating in geology projects. He was also active in the Special Olympics. In all, Randy lived on the farm for 58 years, only moving to Eureka when Bob had to reside in the nursing home. His mother passed away in 1994. Randy also found immense joy in fishing.

He is survived by his brothers, Eddie Williams of Eureka; Rodney and wife, Dannete Williams of Emporia; and Terry and wife, Cindy Williams of Eureka; and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister-in-law, Marsha Williams; and nephew, Keith Cantu.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 11, 2025, at Neal Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Clark officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Special Olympics Kansas.
