Linda Grace Lewis

Linda Grace Lewis of Severy, died on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the Eureka Nursing Center, in Eureka, at the age of 63.
She was born on December 8, 1953, in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of Hobart C. and Mary (McCulpin) Trigg. She was raised in Lompoc, California, and graduated from local schools. She attended business college and begin working as a corporate tax accountant for Motel 6. She later moved to Dallas, Texas where she met Jess Lewis.
On June 18, 1994, Linda was united in marriage to Jess William Lewis in Las Vegas, Nevada. They made their home in Dallas and later the family moved to Pasco, Washington. They lived there for twenty years until their retirement, when they settled in Severy, Kansas.
Linda was a member of the Moline Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jess of the home; step-son, William Lewis of Qulin, Missouri; three step-grandchildren; and one brother, Thomas Trigg.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. A private ocean scattering will follow later. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
